Submitting a paper via EDAS consists of four steps: logging in or creating an account; registering the paper, adding authors and submitting the manuscript file.

The minimum page size of the full paper is 6 pages and maximum is 15 pages, including all paper components sue has references, appendixes, acknowledgment, …. etc. .

The 19th SICB 2025 conference, themed "Artificial Intelligence in Business", will be held from April 21-23, 2025, at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan.

Submit Paper Details
  • Conference-specific submission link, https://edas.info/N32892
  • Provide the title and abstract of your paper.
  • Select the relevant topics from the provided list.
  • Ensure the paper is written in English, adhering to academic standards and Springer guidelines.
Upload Required Files
  • PDF Version: The submitted version for evaluation must be anonymized (without author names) and formatted according to the provided template.
  • Word Document: The final version, after acceptance, must be submitted as a DOC or DOCX file, fully compliant with the provided template.
  • Springer Consent Form: A signed PDF version of the “Consent to Publish” form provided by Springer must be included.
Deadlines
  • Submission Deadline: February 1, 2025.
  • Acceptance Notification: February 15, 2025.
  • Final Paper Submission: March 1, 2025.
Important Notes
  • Papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • All submissions will be reviewed by an international scientific committee.
  • All accepted papers will be presented at the conference. However, only a selection of these accepted papers will be published in the Springer book Series Studies in systems, Decision and control (indexed in Scopus, Q2).

* This means that while all accepted papers will have the opportunity to be showcased during the conference, only the outstanding ones that meet the required quality standards will be chosen for publication.
